What will your job look like?

• You will design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain complex software systems.
• You will serve as a highly specialized Technology/ product expert
• You will initiate and perform complex programming tasks (proof of concept & product implementation) and define technical components
• You will provide design and implementation guidance to developers and specialists in the development team.
• You will provide a wide view and understanding of an entire product (not only modules),contributing to the high level design and dictating technical standards, tools, and platforms.
• You will Promote continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing Software Engineering tools, different innovation techniques and guiding the reuse of existing solutions, use of automation, reducing design complexity & time to response, simplifying client/end user experience etc.
  
  
  

All you need is...

• Bachelor's Degree in Science / IT / Computing or equivalent
• Must have strong experience in Core JAVA/J2EE.
• Must have experience in SOAP/REST web services.
• Must have experience in Spring Framework, Unix and SQL
• Must Have Java design principles/patterns.
• Insight of Java internals and fully hands on(Class loading, Memory Management, Multi-threading, Transaction management etc.).
• Good knowledge of DevOps tools (like Jenkins, Maven) and methodologies.
• Great problem solver with solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills.
• Self-driven and independent who is able to take responsibility and proactively carry on tasks as a self-contributor
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders
• Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly and efficiently
