Software Tester

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization or M.C.A with minimum of 60% marks.

Eligibility:

Minimum 2 years of software, quality assurance & controlling quality experience.

Proven knowledge in testing solutions in C#, .NET, PHP, ASP.net, SQL, CMS, HTML, JS and JQUERY.

Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Experience developing tests for functional, performance and regression testing that include

automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements.

Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities.

Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to an industry standard ERP and workflow package.

Strong knowledge of defect tracking systems & test management tools

Sound knowledge and exposure in handling Tally Systems

Experience working with product and development teams to understand product vision and requirements.

Experience working in an agile environment.

Knowledge of testing automation tools like Selenium, Robotium, Jmeter, etc., will be an advantage.

Experience in database testing and mobile testing will be an advantage.

Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Core PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, XHTML, CSS3,

XML, JQuery, MYSQL

Should be well versed with OOPS development, Unit testing, Deployment using

LAMP/WAMP and related technologies, tools and best practices

Knowledge and experience of GIT/SVN

Ability to work on several projects concurrently.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills

Technical Writer/01 Post

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology/ BCA/ MCA with minimum 65% marks.

Minimum Experience:  Minimum 2 years of experience with documenting software development products.  High proficiency in written and verbal English.  Basic familiarity with software development lifecycle, and software development.  Ability to grasp complex, technical information and translate it for non-technical audience clearly, concisely and accurately, and without relying on jargon.  Highly creative; ability to think about a procedure or product in a way that a person without technical experience would think about it.  Being detail oriented and precise, as Technical writers create detailed instructions for others to follow.  Ability to research, develop, write, and edit effective content with a focus on the intended audience. High competence in documenting and editing tools such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs.  Strong analytical and organizational skills.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  Positive outlook on change, and flexible approach to team-based work environment.  Ability to self-direct, multi-task, and prioritize assignments.

Compensation:Rs. 40,000/- to 60,000/- per month.

Software Developer/01 Post

Qualification:  B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (regular)/MCA with minimum 65% marks. Minimum Experience:  Minimum 2 years of software, quality assurance & controlling quality experience.  Hands-on experience in PHP language is a must.  Proven knowledge in development solutions in .Net Framework 3.5, HTML5, CSS3, Windows Services, Web Services, Remoting, Strong understanding of Object Orientation . Understanding accessibility and security compliance . Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system . Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Javascript, JQuery, JQuery Widgets, MS-SQL or PostgreSQL.  Experience developing cross-browser frontends using XHTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript and on API's, payment gateways.  Knowledge and experience of GIT/SVN .
