1. Should be innovative, creative, and extremely passionate about software testing and want to be part of a growing venture

2. Should have strong knowledge in any of the programming languages like Java, C, Python, etc.

3. Should be good at communicating in the English language

4. Should have clarity of thoughts

5. Should be ambitious and wants to grow in tech roles

6. Should be patient, courageous, and curious

7. Should have an educational qualification of B.Tech./BE/M.Tech. or BCA/MCA or B.Sc./M.Sc. (computer science/IT)
