What You Can Expect

You create the master test plan for a project and conceives the testing strategy and approach.
You drive all aspects of testing phase, ensuring QA/test staff executes effectively and adheres to all adidas processes and standards.
You conduct QA reviews and inspections to find potential defects and recommend corrective action, often assisting more junior staff identify defects in more challenging situations.
You ensure coordination between and across inter-related projects.
You will be the point of contact for engineers to identify and prioritize areas for significant efficiency and confidence gains through test automation.
You analyse, track and report on application issues and maintains documentation on project issues and defect metrics/management.

What We Are Looking For

Four-year college or university degree with focus on Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 3-year experience in of overall software quality assurance with exposure to the full product development cycle – from requirements through post-release.
Experience and exposure to Agile/SCRUM development in combination with JAVA
Techie up to date with Agile testing practices and test automation concepts
Experience with Selenium and/or Serenity BDD test framework would be an advantage
Strong problem solving and test automation skills
Proficient spoken and written command of English
