Job Description

Job Title: Solar Business Development Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a smart candidate who can expand Asun’s market presence in NCR and other territories. This role involves identifying new sectors and developing a strong client base to achieve revenue and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential commercial, industrial, and residential customers, through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.

2.     Develop and building relationships with channel partners.

3.     Strategy Development: Identifying industrial sector for solar deployment.

4.     Project Coordination and manage recoveries.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-       Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

-       Strong understanding of solar technologies, Net/Gross Metering and its regulatory frameworks.

-       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience: Min. 3 years’ experience in business development within the solar industry.
