• Detailed Engineering works such as site survey, preparation of drawings & designs, BOM etc.
• Must have good knowledge of electrical/solar systems and products.
• Software Skills : Autocad , Staad Pro, Solidworks, MS Office etc.
• Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support and On-site support.
• Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
• Engineering demonstration to customers.
• Generating Bill of Material, Techical Reports, escalation of critical issues.
