Better requires process discipline and simplification

As a critical member of our engineering team, you will develop and implement new software, maintain, and improve existing software. You will ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization. You will troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams. You will work on complex projects.

For this role, we require you to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in Core Java, developing the Microservices framework using Spring Boot, API Gateways, design patterns. You should have experience with EAI. You should also have experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies. You should have strong communication skills with the ability to interact with partners globally. Exposure to AWS, relational databases, NOSQL, MOM (Messaging oriented Middleware),CEP (Complex event processing) is a plus.
