Job description

2+ years of experience in a similar technical pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or software product environments
Experience in a SaaS or technology product organisation and experience with customer support, CRM, Web/Mobile applications, ITSM/ITIL Methodologies and cloud based infrastructure
Experience in performing upfront discovery of technical requirements during the sales cycle
Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
Good interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
Extraordinary analytical skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution

Required Candidate profile

Work with our sales teams to convert prospects to customers.
Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations at client meetings, webinars and customers events using storylines that resonate with the target audience.
Deliver product messaging to highlight the value proposition through whiteboard and slide presentations, proof of concept management and RFP response documents
Respond to various functional and technical customers questions and requirements.
Collect, assess and convey different customer requirements to the product management
Become an advocate for our brand and actively promote our product solutions and services to prospects, potential and existing customers, and partners
Collaborate with internal organizations (including sales, product management, and client services) to execute sales strategy.
