What You Will Be Doing

Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems. Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.

What You Bring
Knowledge / Experience

A minimum of 3 years Business Analysis experience and a relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional experience in one or more of the following;

Software Design, Software implementation of BFSI or Leasing domain.

A passion for technology and you can hold your own in a conversation with a team of Designers, Product Owner, Architect, Project Managers and Developers.

Be someone who has an eye for detail, an inquisitive mind and an ability to extricate requirements using a variety of methods.

An in-depth understanding of the SDLC

Outstanding communication skills - both written and oral. In particular you must be able to:-

Apply strong written and verbal communication skills.

Quickly gain an understanding of our organization and culture as well as our controls, processes, tools and systems.

Demonstrate analysis and sharing of complex information.

Demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem solving skills.

Show a positive, proactive and professional attitude.

Resource coordination for the team, in consultation with project managers and other team leaders

Guide team towards successful project deliveries

Able to work on multiple streams of work.

Maintain a focus on excellence.

The desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.

The ability to present training when required.

To work collaboratively and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

To build constructive and effective relationships
