JOB Description:

Experience: 12 to 15 years

Primary Skills: Business Analysis, IT Solution, Software Solutions, Client Management and Team Management

• Provide vision and solutions to upgrade the new and existing products for effective and efficient use.
• Evaluate and implement new initiatives on Process Improvement and Technology Initiatives.
• Propose pre-sales BA solution for the problem statement of customers and clients.
• Participate in sales calls with customers by demonstrating the software and acting as a product expert.
• Should have experience in Agile and Waterfall Model and Methodology.
• Work with Business Product Managers to prioritize requests/features across multiple product lines.  Developed epics, stories, planned sprints, served as Product Owner in scrum, etc…
• Managed changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools.
• Conduct the analysis of complex business problems and processes to translate Business Requirements into Functional specifications and system use cases.
• Support team on Integration of front end application (IPOS) with Life back end system.
• Collaborate with development architect and the business to develop both high-level and detailed application architecture to meet the business needs.
• Documenting future Process Flows, and Data Flows.
• Creat Business Rules Spread Sheet (BRS) as needed and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to track the requirements and link it to the test cases.
• Engage in data modelling and research alternatives for the development of business requirements. Analyze business needs and requirements for proposed new business products or processes.
• Interacted with Users, Developers, Project Manager and SME to understand the business process, identify enhancements and gather Business Requirements.

·        Prepare Use Cases, Activity Diagrams / Sequence diagrams by following the UML based methods using MS Visio.
