The Operations team is looking for a kick ass Solutions Engineer to help our clients understand the realities of adtech and programmatic and provide solutions which make our clients happy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working with clients on technical integration – Header Bidder, API, Tag
• Uncover tech issues on existing accounts (e.g. poor fill rate, poor match rate, missing bid floors etc)
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Management teams to help them succeed with their goals and achieve highest level of client satisfaction
• Provide technical solutions to AMs and CMs to solve issues and answer questions submitted via a JIRA queue
  
  

What You'll Need

• Problem solving and familiarity with ticketing system like JIRA / Zendesk / ASANA / Cases (SF) is mandatory
• Experience with technical integrations (Header bidding and open rtb) and familiarity with adtech terms like Fraud, IVT, Brand Safety, discrepancy is a plus
• Ability to isolate clients' key business questions, gather requirements, and create required documentation
• SQL knowledge for report querying a plus
• Previous experience with Online Media / Advertising / Programmatic technology is preferred
