MVSD CO jobs - Sourcing and Fulfillment Specialist

• The Sourcing & Fulfillment Specialist will report directly to the Co-Founders and will be the sole individual in the position. 
• He or she will be in charge of sourcing cosmetic ingredients from manufacturers and wholesalers across India and across the world. 
• These ingredients will be used both as input goods and as products to be sold on our website. He or she will also be in charge of fulfilling orders for these products.
  

Sourcing

•  Research, contact, and contract manufacturers and suppliers of cosmetic ingredients and equipment. The bulk of the research will be performed online
  
•  Ensure that we obtain the best pricing possible
  
•  Ensure that our inventory is in line with order flow
  
•  There will be a lot of travelling within Mumbai for urgent stock renewal
  
• Fulfillment
  
•  View incoming orders on the website and ensure that the dispatch person is informed
  
•  Ensure that the dispatch person has correctly labelled products and packed the correct quantity
  
•  Ensure that all order disputes are promptly responded to and resolved
  

•  Must be proficient in English and Hindi
  
• Must have a Bachelors degree in any field
  
•  Must have high computer literacy
  
•  Must have a two-wheeler
  
• Must not be put off by either field work or desk work
  
•  Must be energetic, friendly and polite
