Job description

We're looking for a highly motivated and independent sourcing associate with 2-3 years experience in Supply Chain. This person will report directly to the Sourcing Manager and will work cross-functionally with our Sourcing, Design, and Logistics teams. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the product development process from idea to final launch and implementation on our e-commerce platform. We are looking for a dependable, proactive, quick learning, and driven person to help us with market research, communicate with our suppliers and push the production process from the final line plan to the final product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in sourcing for domestic and international products.

Follow up on samples sent - monitor sampling timelines

Help to prepare, join and follow up on action points coming out of the product development and product review meetings

Aid in product testing and quality checks- ensuring QC standards are met

Input data in various management sheets in Google, Excel, and partner portals

Collaborate with product and supply chain operations team to ensure all needs are met

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

2-3 years Previous experience in Production/Sourcing required

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in the use of MS Office especially MS EXCEL
