Role:
This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy distribution network in his given area of responsibility both fixed(Hiring Delivery Associates) and Variable(a network of stores/freelancers)
Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard effective and heathy network of stores/freelancers (Variable Delivery Network).
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the Variable delivery Network
• Monitor the health of the network.
• Ensure training of the operators and Variable delivery Network on systems, processes and KPIs
• Plan network expansion in the given territory in view of the business requirements.
• Plan resource requirement in line with business requirements
• Ensure timely payment to all small service partners through effective coordination with head office
• Ensure roll out of programs and new initiatives in the given territory.
• Field recruitment of Delivery Associates or bikers.
• Source candidates through portal/campaigning/advertising.
• Responsible for hiring of Delivery Associates, manage, and run onboarding & training SOP.
