Job details:
• Calling on current and potential clients for various real estate projects for the suitable requirements.
• Calling on current and potential clients for various real estate projects for the suitable requirements.
• Understanding client’s requirements and briefing them and fixing inspections for real estate projects.
• Maintaining client’s database in Excel.
• Calling data will be provided by the company.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners and brokers
• Conduct detailed market research to inform acquisition strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Coordinate and oversee the due diligence process
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in English

• Good conversational skills
• Computer savvy with good knowledge of Excel
