Job Description

  • Job Title: Sourcing Specialist/Others
  • Job Location: Hyderabad
  • Experience: 0 – 1 Year
  • Eligibility: Any Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and Source IT/Healthcare resumes from assigned Job boards.
  • Speak and understand American citizens whenever required.
  • Determined to work with a vision
  • Should be proactive and go getter
  • Understand technology to a certain extent
  • Coordinate with the team
  • Open and always willing to learn and grow
Required Skills:
  • Good communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a corporate level environment
  • Confident, Energetic & Good team player
  • Ability to take instructions
  • Experience with MS Office, networking, using social media sites, etc.
  • Passionate about making a career in US staffing, determined to work with a vision
  • Should be able to work in Night Shifts
  • Nice to have any prior networking exposure and have used any social networking sites
  • Prior exposure or experience in US staffing a huge plus
  • Should have knowledge and experience working with MS office suite, namely MS word, excel, outlook
