Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the spa’s products and services, being able to advise clients effectively.
Appointment Management: Manage treatment schedules and ensure timely service.
Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek client feedback and suggest improvements in spa services and treatments.
Client Care: Provide exceptional, personalized service to each client, assessing their needs and recommending suitable treatments.
Manage day-to-day operations of the spa.
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and schedule spa staff.
Oversee budget, inventory, and expenses.
Implement spa policies and procedures.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
Maintain proper cleanliness and safety standards.
Resolve client complaints and service issues.
Monitor equipment maintenance and procurement.
