Your Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to APAC Facility Management Lead. The Space Management resource to ensure the service providers provide space management services per the contract scope, SLAs and KPIs.

Manage the service provider in their adherence to all company processes and policies, maintaining consistency and governance over client requests
Direct interface with Workplace and Operations leads to communicate and drive implementation of standards, managing the change and evolution in definitions, scope and guidelines
Validate space data from our service providers with input from IBM CRMs and FM Program management, ensuring data is maintained timely, accurately, completely, while ensuring technology is consistently and properly utilized.
Work closely with GRE Leadership, Product Owners and/or Cognitive Team to develop scope and implementation plans to integrate real estate technology in the workpace, including but not limited to TWPS & OccuFi.
Partner with the Real Estate Strategy, Finance and Operations teams to provide direction to service providers regarding utilization, demand, capacity and the ability to execute opportunities that will drive optimization of our portfolio
Interface w/ FM team to support the successful vendor delivery of people moves, adds and changes throughout the portfolio.
Ensure service providers are consistently and timely delivering the CAFM scope per the contract
Escalation point for all space related issues within the geography
Accountable for the consistent and accurate application of space allocations methodologies across the geography in tandem with Finance and our service providers
Review and approve space plans generated by the service provider for major project investments required to consolidate and optimize the portfolio, ensuring alignment with our space standards and design guidelines
Interface between our service providers and our HR organization driving consistency and alignment between our CAFM and HR systems
Active member of the GRE Space Management council, driving uniform and consistent delivery of services, use of technology, innovation, transformation and client experiences
Initial evaluations of space requirements against capacity for all NDA projects and programs
Accountable for driving the sucessful execution of all client people and real estate consolidation plans across multiple regions
Partner with Construction and Design at the ideation phase immediately upon the receipt of business requirements to validate current corporate workplace standards can be delivered with available capacity
