Key Responsibilities:

First level of contact for customer escalations via email
Works under limited direction. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met
Assists customers in locating licenses in download center
Attends training courses, seminars, and workshops to refresh and constantly improve skill set
Maintains good internal and external customer relationships
Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy
Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives
Intra-organizational, Inter-organizational and external customer facing
Provides resolution to a diverse range of moderate to complex problems.
Uses judgement within defined practices and procedures
