Eligible candidate must have relevant experience in HR MIS, joining, documentation

database management and day to day HR operations.

Joining & On-boarding

This role will be responsible for responsible for:

• Follow-up of pre-joining pending documentation
• Joining coordination
• Ensure file completion and document verification.
  
  

Attendance Management

• Leave management System creation & updation
• LMS query handling
• Attendance regularization
  

Letters & MIS

• Creation of all kind of HR letters & agreements
• Maintaining data & preparation of reports
• Employee engagement and coordination

• Skills : Proficient in excel & MS office
• Language : English & Hindi
