ROLE and RESPONSIBILITY
Specialist, Application service is responsible for delivering application services across Neles , including as major areas:

• Monitors/manages service levels and manages the global application support, training and data maintenance operations
• Coordinates with Neles’s global application key user communities and helps to set up new ones as required
• Jointly, with the Neles user/ keyuser community, defines standards and measures for quality and customer satisfaction requirements.
• Identify and execute improvement initiatives to support optimum application utilization
• Responsible to manage application releases and proper handover to support

• Partners, service providers and vendors
• Program and project managers, Architects and Specialists
  

REQUIRED SKILLS And KNOWLEDGE
The successful candidate has

• 10 years experience and success in a relevant context
• Good process knowledge of valve industry and operations
• Multinational project and operational management experience
• Interpersonal skills with service mindset
• Experience in CRM (Salesforce) or/and ERP (Infor M3) will be a significant plus
