Job Description

Specialist, RTR

Locations: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India

Career Area: Finance & Accounting

Work Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of experience.
 
Education/Training: A Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
 
  • License/Registration/CERTIFICATION: Microsoft Work/PPT/Excel knowledge required. Knowledge of any other reporting tools (Oracle / OBIE) is preferred
 
Skills:  

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be a self-directed individual and a team player
  • Must be able to utilize computer equipment and software, specifically spreadsheet applications
  • The ability to cooperate in a team environment is critical
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be a self-directed individual and a team player

  • Complex responsibilities requiring drive and initiative.  Understands how their responsibilities affect other teams within the offshore team.  Understands how responsibilities affect other teams (U.S. & Global counterparts)
  • Recognizes and identifies potential issues.  Provides potential solutions to problems identified and able to research topics with minimal direction.
