Responsible for providing consulting and high level strategic project work for the Operations group. The Operations practice is dedicated to the highest quality service in a controlled environment and in an efficient manner. It provides collaborative solutions for clients in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest possible internal control standards to ensure optimal client service and low unit costs.
1. Assists in follow-up to make sure that all areas have performed their tests and documented their results
2. Performs internal control reviews of all aspects of the Operations Practice
3. Ensures that the standards and policies are adhered to across the practice and any deficiencies are reported to senior management
4. Supports Leadership in addressing Internal Audit and Regulatory reviews 5. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise 6. Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities 7. Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues 8. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
College or University degree and/or relevant proven Operations work experience is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required In-depth Operations / Industry Knowledge is required Highly flexible and adaptable to change Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff
