Job Role: Specialist QA - Digital Marketing/Digital Marketing Analyst
Are you interested in the onsite Dubai opportunity after 2-3 months of probation/training in Bangalore?
As initially 2 months will be from Bangalore during probation, in that company will do your visa processes then you have to relocate to Dubai.
In Bangalore, you have to do your own expenses and then a Dubai company will take care of your accommodation, food and transportation
Also, There will be 2 years of agreement as the company is providing all expenses of Dubai. This agreement is just for safety.
Note: If you are married, the company will be taking care of your expenses only, for your family members relocation expenses, you have to take care of it.
Exp - 1 to 3 years
Mandatory skillsets: Campaign management , budgeting, reporting, CRM(Hubspot),google ads, social media ads, linkedin ads, etc. A/B testing, Wordpress, advanced excel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
➔ Should be fluent with Campaign design and execution across omni channels in multiple platforms including, but not limited to subscribers, partners, customers, etc.
➔ Measuring success and iterating to optimize further, and take key learnings onto future campaigns.
➔ To Verify the Marketing campaign, Quality, Budgeting, Preparing reports and submitting the timely reports to the manager.
➔ A/B testing web pages, landing pages, CTAs, and lead pop-up forms, where needed to quantify experimentation and support ideas.
➔ Buyer journey implementation: It involves creating buyer personas and workflows to convert visitors, subscribers, and offline contacts into sales/marketing qualified leads (SQLs) bypassing them through various qualification stages using the right content.
➔ Plan, execute, and measure all the email and drip campaign initiatives.
➔ Optimize content, test CTAs, and report on performance.
➔ CRM analytics and reporting: Providing detailed analytics about the performance of every campaign, blog, landing page, and sales conversion using CRMs / HubSpot's analytics tools, spreadsheets, knowledge of WordPress.
➔ Audit and manage all contacts and marketing lists which include those uploaded by sales, from external databases, and from Social channels.
➔ Work with global sales, customer success, and partner teams to implement lead workflows for effectively managing the inbound leads, customer pil/ ots, and partner qualified leads (PQLs).
➔ Manage the integration of other tools like social scheduling tools, web analytics tools, and BI tools with the core CRM Hubspot. Preferred candidate profile
➔ Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Mgmt, HubSpot Marketing & Sales Automation, Mailchimp Marketing Automation, A/B testing, Google Analytics, SEO & SEMRUSH, Wordpress, Facebook, Instagram Marketing, Webinar Management.
➔ Good knowledge of website analytics tools- (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEM Rush, WebTrends).
➔ Self starter, fast learner
➔ Experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
➔ Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings
➔ Effective time management skills ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
➔ Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities
➔ Direct-sold and programmatic mobile advertising experience.
