Nurture Development Centre is seeking a passionate Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team dedicated to enhancing communication skills in individuals of all ages. As a Speech Therapist at our center, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing speech difficulties in both children and adults, and providing comprehensive therapy to address these challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in children and adults.
• Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other therapists, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support to clients.
• Educate and train parents and caregivers on techniques to support speech and language development at home.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Previous experience working with children and adults with speech and language disorders preferred.
• Excellent assessment skills with the ability to accurately diagnose speech difficulties.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping individuals overcome speech and language challenges.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
