Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. I built my Local Sports Project (LSP)
2. I will choose my range as per my catchment analysis (Range Selection)
3. I am accountable for merchandising and stock
4. I will be responsible for piloting and PNL for my sport (Margin, Shrinkage)
5. 'I say, I do'-- I take responsibility for my actions and I challenge myself and achieve my ambition
6. I practice my sport
7. I built my Sports Community in my Catchment
8. I give Regular IDMs
9. Update my planner including events, workshops, and leaves
10. I keep my Layout Commercially Optimized
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
3. have relevant skills and interests

Perks
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of salary).
