SQL Developer recruitment in Mumbai - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

Responsibilities

• Microsoft SQL Server – Authoring T-SQL programs, Development of high quality database solution.
• Study current systems, understand underlying data architecture, data flow and processes and help redesign and refactor them into SQL database for eventual Reporting and Business intelligence needs of business users.
• Provide technical support to business users of above systems.
• Create Data pipeline (including but not limited to data analysis, data cleaning, data extraction, data preprocessing, transformation, aggregation, integration from various sources into SQL.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with global business and technical teams • Willingness to learn and work on different technologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of hands-On Microsoft SQL server development experience, including database design, development and testing.
• 1-2 years of experience with SSIS and /or SSRS will be preferred but is not mandatory as we may or may not use those tools.
• Experience with latest versions of Microsoft SQL Server and use of Microsoft SSMS.
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel functions and VBA macros.
• Willingness to work on any other report development tool. • Ability to maintain and refactor an existing code base.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter and quick-learner.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced, rapidly changing and complex environment.

Good To Have

• Versatility across Microsoft development platform is a plus as development environment is on Microsoft technologies • Relevant Microsoft SQL Certifications
• Familiarity with Capital markets and Mutual funds industry/data
