Job Description

Sr Analyst

Location: Cochin

Duties and Responsibilities :

Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)

Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
Support order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers
Work as order management associate for customer service flexible to support during night shift
Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs
Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and TAT
Ensure all quote requests from customers are acknowledged for the day

Skills and Experience :

Education : Any graduate/post graduate

Experience: 1 year to 2 years

Mandatory: Communication skills, Analytical skills, COMPUTER SKILLS

Desirable: Good written communication, basic knowledge of computer, SAP

Software Skills:

Mandatory: MS Office

Desirable: Added advantage: SAP SD module
