Job Purpose

(Job Summary): This is support activity to AssetManagement, real estate accounting, product management, FP&A and DataAnalytics. Includes supporting on property level system implementation, datavalidation, property level testing, financial rollover, obtaining auditconfirmations, bank statements downloading, bank reconciliations, foreignexchange currency rates generation, support FX translations, real estateaccounting, data uploading to various management information and reportingsystems, book closing and reporting. Should have 3 to 5 years experience inaccounting, finance, audit, real estate accounting, asset management or fundaccounting.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Supportingthe Asset Management team in various activities
• PrepareAM reports and communicate with property management companies in case of queries
• Createfinancials and its supporting documents
• Reviewthe Budget Comparison reports and provide the comments on variances
• UploadBudget in Yardi and reconciling with Yardi
• Supportthe team in Real connect tasks and Investran uploads
  

Work Experience / Knowledge

• Graduate or MBA in finance with outstanding academic achievements
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, fund administration
• Good knowledge in system implementation, property data validation, data governance.
• Experience in Asset Management or fund administration or fund accounting is advantage
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets
• Excellent accounting, analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking; result oriented
• With high learning ability and positive curiosity
• Independent; the ability to take on responsibility as a team member
• Expertise in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

• A Bachelor’s Degree in B.Com or MBA in finance is preferred.
