Sr Business Analyst (ELearning)

Job Description:

Requirement gathering, GAP analysis, requirement analysis
RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis and query generation
Co-ordination with Sales/Relationship manager to understand requirements
Evaluating output requirements and formats
Constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Suggesting and implementing process improvements
Complete Opportunity scoping and estimations
Liasing with Resources, Experts, Skillheads, head of departments and practice area heads to get necessary inputs
Vendor and SME communication and management
Getting necessary writeups where required
Writing and formulating winning Solutions based on capabilities, strengths of the company
Writing winning proposals with awesome look and feel
Manage POC (proof of concept),prototype and sample development by managing small teams
Opportunity monitoring and finishing off on deadlines.
Report creation and disbursal
Keeping team members abreast of all actions and proposals being handled
Knowledge management and transfer to and from team members
Presales and Solutions collateral creation
High stakes presentation creation for Client
Handling specific opportunities directly from set client accounts
Should be quality-orientated and an eye for detail
Ability to cooperate in multicultural environment

Desired profile:

3 years of experience in IT/eLearning with knowledge of Presales, solutioning, estimations, proposals
Should know how different industries generate business and money
Knowledge of IT /eLearning industry on general
Should know what programming/code is (You DO NOT have to do CODING)
Knowledge of how outsourcing industry works and runs business
Any relevant certifications will be bonus
Has flair to learn and understand e-learning industry particulars
Should have strong analytical skills, good exposure in requirement gathering, and Requirement Specifications skills
Superb attention to detail and problem-solving skills is required
Should be quality-orientated and an eye for detail
Knowledgeable/Highly Skilled in MS Excel & MS Word, Google Draw and other Google products. Wanting to learn new features in these tools.
Learning and Tablet devices related know how
Passion about technology and technological
Should be ready to learn new tools / software which will help in proposal development
Have excellent communication and presentation skills –both verbal and writing
Be an independent worker/self-starter
Be able to estimate duration of assignments and provide target dates for completion
