Now/any other ITSM tool Working with MS Dynamics or similar CRM Operating smoothly with Presales, Vertical heads and different stake holders Data mining/research
To be the right fit, you'll need:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with strong listening skills Experience working with IT industry.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Experience working for different markets like USA, APAC, Europe UK Understanding of Technology and ability to grasp quickly Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Being a Team player/ Become the go-to person for .
