Individuals who have retired at the level of E-7 and above from a schedule CPSE or equivalent level in Government of India or individuals having total experience of not less than twenty years including minimum experience of three years at Top / Senior Management Level (DPE grades E-7 / E-8 or  its equivalent CTC level)

Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000

Individuals who have retired at the level of E-5 or E-6 from a CPSE or equivalent level in Government of India or individuals having total experience of not less than sixteen years including minimum experience of three years at Middle Management Level (DPE grades E-5 / E-6 or its equivalent CTC level)

Pay Scale: Rs.50000

Duration: The incumbent will be engaged for a period of three months further extendable as per requirements of the Company. 

Age Limit: The age of individual should not be more than 63 years at the time of engagement. However depending upon the expertise and proficiency of the individual in a particular field, maximum age may be relaxed upto 65 years at the time of engagement for appointment as a Consultant.

The Senior Consultant / Consultant shall be required to execute a contract agreement, as per format on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/-.
