Brief description of the Profile (Voice Process)

You will be hired as a Senior Customer Support Representative wherein you will be provided with a comprehensive training in all the major streams for Customer Service operations .//.

On the outset of your employment, you will be joining as Senior Customer Support Representative wherein you will be introduced to the world in which you are provided with comprehensive training in all the major streams including Customer Service and Operations on each level of your growth. You would be provided with handsome remuneration with basic salary and performance-based incentives.

Salary Take Home: Rs.15000/- to Rs. 25000/- per month.

Job Location: Bengaluru

Languages: Excellent English, Hindi (Mandatory)

Job Role: Senior Customer Support Representative.

Experience : 0 – 1 year of experience in relevant filed of Senior CSR.

Work Timings: Rotational Shifts (Rotational week offs).
