Essential Responsibilities:

Prior experience in Product Engineering or a related field is preferred
Exceptional Communication Skills (written and verbal) are Required as this is a Customer Facing position
Prior experience working on complex projects end to end.
Understanding of product life cycle and work through all stages of design release process (pre tapeout, tapeout, post tapeout)is preferred
Ability to work in a dynamic collaborative environment which requires strong teaming skills with Customers, Engineers, Technicians, Managers, and IT
Interact with other GF Teams such as Frame and Fab Integration Engineers to provide Step plan/Frame and waiver solutions/options to Customers
Ability to solve complex technical problems and contribute to multiple projects at the same time
Strong ability to learn and explore new technologies, opportunities, and continuous improvement
Demonstrate strong analysis and problem solving skills
Ability to work with urgency on both tactical and strategic problems.
Familiarity with product layouts, kerf design, Fab processing is preferred
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

Minimum BE or B.Tech. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering or physical science discipline with 3 years of Semiconductor process, product engineering or related experience is preferred. OR
M.Tech Degree in any semiconductor discipline such as Microelectronics or VLSI with an Industrial Internship Experience is preferred
Lean Training or knowledge of Lean Concepts
Successful Management of Multiple Complex Projects
Language Fluency – Fluent in English Language – written & verbal
