Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - HR Ops
Designation: Sr. Executive/ AM – HR
Experience Required: 3 to 6 years
Location: Mumbai and Delhi/NCR
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all on boarding activities for new joiners
- Complete HR induction for the new joiners regarding the organization, policies and processes
- Coordinating for the interviews. Pitch in for Campus Interviews
- To address different employee grievances and try and make an action plan to resolve the issues.
- Ensure policy adherence and help facilitate disciplinary actions. Also help maintain the HR hygiene of the location.
- Responding to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, payroll deductions, etc.
- Facilitating Separation process of the colleague; ensure no due form is filled, exit interview is completed
- Maintenance of personal files and records of employees
- Organizing employee engagement program
- Conducting One on Ones of the colleagues on regular basis
- Overseeing admin activities and facility management
