Roles and Responsibility:
1. Identify markets / schools where the ERP can be sold.
2. Contacting potential clients via emails, cold calls and exploratory visits.
3. Visiting schools and make presentations and demo about the ERP.
4. Arrange meetings with Senior Management / decision makers for closure.
5. Organizing and driving events for lead sourcing and new territory expansions.
6. Organizing and Handling of ATL/BTL marketing activities and events.
7. Competitor analysis and developing intel on competitive landscape and competitor strategies
8. Tracking of various marketing activities to achieve better ROI and CPI.
9. Achieving the planned targets and driving revenues for the org.
10. Carrying out ERP Brand building and Brand Positioning activities.
11. Assisting the Marketing Head in drafting proposal and ensuring deal closing.
12. Meeting Clients, giving presentations and engaging with clients on behalf of the organization.
13. Monitor and update Marketing Head / CEO on various business development activities and market intel.
14. Monitor business improvement projects on regular basis and look into the strategic and operational initiatives.
15. Work closely with the IT team for deal closure & product improvement and
16. Vendor Management / Event Management.
17. Updating of Website and Collaterals with new updates / changes.
18. Tie up with Channel Partners across the country to generate additional leads / demo and plan the implementation with / through them
19. Plan out Digital Campaigns and work with Digital Marketing agencies for generating leads / revenue for ShriConnect.

5. Would need to travel extensively and plan his visit schedules.

8. Ability to adapt and network with various people at all levels.
9. Well versed with MS Office, Internet and presentation skills.
10. 1-5 years of experience of Marketing or Sales involving generating leads using cold calls, visiting clients and arranging meetings for school ERP.
11. Having personal Two wheeler / Four wheeler is preferred. The candidate should be willing to travel.
