Job Description

Design and engineering of HVAC systems for Pharmaceutical and Hospital, a Heat load Calculations, psychometric analysis, preparation of tenders for HVAC and Building automation systems, knowledge of a selection of chiller, cooling towers and pumping system, visiting sites, interaction with clients, co-ordination with various other engineering disciplines/ vendors.

Key competencies: Candidate must be acquainted with following HVAC design work:
Concept design of HVAC
AHU Zoning, pressure gradient, area classification
Heat load calculation
Design qualification (DQ),AHU & FDV summary
AHU ducting design
HVAC & electrical coordination work
AHU piping work design
AHU placement
Preparation of tender documents
Generation of Bill of quantity (BOQ),estimate generation
Must be well versed with AutoCAD working
Know how of applicable international guideline
