Job Description

• Should have 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.

• Understanding Requirements and posting technical job advertisements and descriptions;• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

;• Execute Process of Recruitment for Suitable and Efficient Placement;

• Sourcing candidates through Portals, Social Networking Sites etc.;

• Staying aware of new technological products as well as the latest trends;

• Ability to deal with people tactfully, willing to learn and team facilitator;

• Searching & Screening relevant profiles and shortlisting candidates;
