Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring all Corporate Action events are merged and aligned with the golden copy notice. Research and resolve in-conflict notices. Communicate with custodians to obtain missing Corporate Action notices. Working with Proxy Service Vendors and internal groups to perform voting reviews, account reconciliations and reporting requests.

Merging and aligning all Corp Action notices with the golden copy notice.
Working with custodians to ensure timely delivery of all Corp Action notices
Confirming all Corp Action instructions sent to the custodians via fax/email
Reviewing the response deadline date report to ensure timely action on each of the events
Prepare monthly and weekly reporting for management
Work with Proxy Services vendor and internal groups to complete voting reviews, account reconciliation and ad-hoc reporting requests
Research and resolve in-conflict mandatory share and cash based corporate actions
Ensure that policies, procedures, best practices, mission and objectives set by management are adhered to on daily discharge of duties.
Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 2 - 8 years experience in Corporate actions operations (both Fixed Income and Equity)

In-depth knowledge of Mandatory Corporate actions (Stock split, Cash Dividends, merger, spinoff..) and Voluntary corporate actions (Rights issue, Tender offer, DRIP, IPO, Bids)

Meticulous, discipline and possess good working attitude.
Experience working in the Proxy Services
Able to handle work pressures and adhered to deadlines.
Team player with excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
