Sr. Manager/ Manager (Production), Electrical Division, Chennai Operations/1 Post

Eligibility: The ideal candidate should be a Graduate Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks and with minimum post qualification relevant experience of 10 for Manager and 12 years for Sr. Manager (Production). Should be conversant with current Production techniques of the product and has to be self-motivated and pro-active. While excellent communication skill and proficiency in computers will be an essential attribute initiative and ability to work hard is equally important.

Maximum age limit is 40 years for Manager and 45 years for Sr. Manager (Production).

The selected candidate will be responsible for Production function at the Electrical Division – Chennai Operations and will be posted at the factory situated at 5/346, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Perungudi, Chennai – 600 096.

Assistant Manager (Marketing) – Location: Northern Region, New Delhi. /01 Post

Eligibility: The ideal candidate should be a Graduate Engineer (Electrical) from a recognized University with minimum 03 years post qualification experience. He must be conversant with marketing and sales of Transformer & AVR and different aspects of customer relationship management and product life cycle Management. While accomplishment of target is a must, management of sales force will also be a contributory area. The incumbent has to study the market and work on product positioning strategies. While excellent communication skill and proficiency in computers will be an essential attribute, initiative and ability to work hard is equally important.

Maximum age limit is 35 years.

The selected candidate will be responsible for Sales and Marketing function of the Electrical Division for entire Norther Region and will be posted at Office of the Company situated at New Delhi.

Pay Scale: Rs. 20,600-46,500

Non-Unionised Supervisor (Technical),Location – Kalyani, West Bengal. /01 Post

Minimum required qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks. The candidates should possess post qualification relevant experience of minimum 08 years and have to be self-motivated and pro-active. While excellent communication skill and proficiency in computers will be an essential attribute, initiative and ability to work hard is equally important.

Maximum age limit is 35 years.

Selected candidates will be placed in the Production function at the factory of the Engineering Division of the Company situated at 16A&B, Block-D, Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal-741235.

Pay Scale : Rs. 15500-3%-34500
