Sr. Manager/Manager – Customer Service - 1 Position
Key responsibilities:
- The candidate is responsible for improving the customer service processes.
- Ensure that all client queries/complaints are resolved with-in defined TAT ensuring the highest client satisfaction
- At time, required to talk to clients, whose queries can’t be answered by his/her team members
- Keep an open eye for any query/complaint posted by any client anywhere on the web.
- Train and teach team about customer service and communicating with clients
- Maintain relevant data and share related MIS with senior management on regular basis.
Minimum Educational Qualification: Post graduate degree in Business Administration from a reputed institution
Professional Qualification:
- Relevant experience: At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or client facing role in the service industry.
- Experience in managing team of 10-12 members
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Analytical, ambitious, committed, and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, or/and Bengali will be an advantage
