Job Description

1.Vacancy Notice No: NHSRCUDEPU/SR.MANAGER-MANAGER (LAW)/03/2021

2.Title & No. Of Posts: Sr. Manager / Manager (Law) - 01 Post

3.Duration: Five Years, Subject To Exemption From The Rule Of Immediate Absorption Beyond 31.12.2023

4.Service: Law Officer / Law Assistant From Central Ministries / Central Psu's / Central Government Departments / Central Autonomous Bodies / Central Spvs / Metro Organizations

5.Scale of Pay: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance & Perks As Per Company Policy

6.Eligibility: Law Officers / Law Assistant From Central Ministries / Central Psu's / Central Government Departments / Central Autonomous Bodies / Central Spvs / Metro Organizations Should Be In Level-io / 9/8 /7 (In 7th Pc) Gp-5400/- (In Pb-3 / Pb-2) Or Gp-4800/- Or 4600/- (Pre-revised) In Cda Scale Or In E-3 & Above Grade In Ida Scale.

7.Essential qualification: (i) Llb From Any Of The Recognized Universities / Law Schools

(ii) Minimum Five Years Work Experience As Law Officer /

Law Assistant

8.Desirable Qualification: (i) Candidates Who Have Shown An Interest In One Or More Of The Following Fields Will Be Preferred. This Preference Can Be Demonstrated By Optional Papers Taken, Publications Or Any Other Demonstrable Activity 1 Achievement

(A) Contract Law

(B) Trade / Commercial/ Business Law

(C) Internation Law

(ii) Outstanding Acdemic Performance

(iii) Presentation And Writing Skills Of A High Order

9.Job Requirements: The Official Should Have Experience Of Handling Legal Maters, Rendering Legal Opinions, Preparation Of Brief, Para-wise Comments, Briefing Of Advocates, Veiting Of Legal Documents, Empanelement Of Advocates.

Age Limit:Not Above 45 Years
