Job Description:

Develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy to increase brand awareness and business growth.
Build a strong digital presence for MPS and its subsidiaries to boost inbound interest.
Conduct market research and monitor market trends to remain competitive and to meet overall company objectives.
Position MPS as a thought leader in the market.
Own MPS' participation in key industry events; partner with sales team to design a sales strategy specifically for these events.
Responsible for new product market launch.
Work closely with sales team and support with them by creating collateral and presentations.

Required Candidate profile:

B2B and digital marketing experience preferred.
Passion for building brands and curating brand stories.
Aspiration (not necessarily experience) to build and lead High Performance Teams.
Ability to keep pace with industry trends and customer preferences.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-performing environment.
Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.
