DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

We seek an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join an Agile software development team. The Senior Software Engineer participates in creating a software or web based application system by utilizing the ASP.Net MVC technology.
The Senior Software Engineer provides client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve client's system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use the latest programming languages and technologies to develop and write computer programs for the development of a commercialized product.
Utilize strong technical skills and business understanding to solve technical issues and troubleshoot functional issues from clients.
Continually advance technical knowledge and skills to achieve a strong competitive advantage for the product being developed.
Adherence to software development lifecycle model (Scrum).
Build scripts and use tools to automate application and database builds, deployment, unit tests and system tests in various QA environments.
Provide assistance and troubleshooting to the team and users with solving application related problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

NET - Must have 3-5+ years experience
WCF and Web/Windows Services
C#/VB.NET, SQL Server
MVC with Web.API experience - 2+ years
JavaScript and libraries (minimum jQuery)
HTML/CSS, LINQ
Entity Framework with Code First experience
Agile Methodology (Scrum)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Silverlight or WPF experience - min of 3-4 years
MS SQL - min of 3+ years
TFS - min of 2-3 years
Any Linux
Any mobile development experience
