Sr Process Associate – Hire to Retire You will need to liaise with global stakeholders across countries at CXO levels in order to engage & influence. We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services. You will be key users for the new age HR Systems You will support handling complex HR systems inquiries You will initiate service and change requests for the HR systems to reflect local requirement You will enable and support local users. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You are a graduate with 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations domain with understanding in process/country transitions across multiple geographies You have experience international clientele and understand HR technologies such as cloud-based applications, enterprise standard ERPs etc. Your experience in understanding wing to wing HR processes and understanding data transfers from main ERPs to different tools via interfaces would be extremely helpful You should have right attitude to relate to various data models and good interpersonal skills.
