Job Description

Sr QA Engineer

Job Location : Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must be able to demonstrate strong proficiency in testing one or more of the following areas:
Experience in performing platform qualification tests on new products, Network Platform testing, Link testing and Optics qualification testing and PoE testing.
Layer 2 protocols such as Spanning Tree, Rapid Spanning Tree (RSTP) 802.1w, VLANs, LACP, VSRP, MRP etc
Hands on experience in TCL/Expect, Python, Perl, JAVA or equivalent scripting languages
Hands on experience in using Spirent/Ixia/Smart bits traffic generators
Exposure to handling escalations, issue reproduction, root cause analysis and testing.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with customer account teams and attend customer escalation calls as needed

Qualification: BTech/BE and Mtech/ME or any equivalent
