Skills : HR recruitment, Recruiter,Recruitment,screening,scheduling,End to End Recruitment ,HR recruiter.
Functional Area - Sr. Recruiter to Manager
End to End Recruitment activities.
Handling various job portals.
To be involved in advertising like>Job postings,mass mailing,mass sms ect.,
Client Interaction , campus to lateral hiring
Sourcing scheduling>follow ups>onboarding support.
Achieve monthly revenue target by onboarding candidates accourding to client mandates.
Good /professional rapport with clients and candidates.
Should have minimum of 3 to 10 years experience in recruitement.
