Job Description
Job Purpose:
The primary role is to achieve Retailer / Mechanic Sales within a given territory. As a bridge the role is very important to make the market accept us as a brand and get the secondary sales done through the Retailers & Mechanics. The person should be willing to learn and Company provides extensive training for 2 Weeks at Luman Innovations Academy, Pantnagar, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand to all the new joiners.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
