Job Description:
1. Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Executive:
Generating Sales from Existing Customers and also developing New Leads.
Building a relationship with the team for achieving Sales targets.
Visiting Customers & arranging Customer Visits to Project Sites.
Respond to Customers Queries on time.
Attending Project Exhibitions and Events.
Must be Energetic and Enthusiastic with a pleasing personality.
Sr. Sales Executive:
Responsible to attend inquiries generated.
Maintaining and expanding customer base.
Develop a good relationship with customers.
Propose solutions as per the buyer’s needs.
Managing activities about negotiating/finalization of deals.
MIS Reports.
Must be Energetic and Enthusiastic with a pleasing personality.
Sales Manager:
Schedule and conduct weekly Sales Meetings
Report on Sales activities to Senior Management.
Reaching the Targets and Goals set.
Design and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies in line with the Company’s Business Objectives.
Setting individual Sales Targets with the Sales Team & manage the team.
Compiling and analyzing Sales Figures.
Keeping up to date with Projects and Competitors.
Deliver Sales Numbers as per Business Plan, both in terms of sourcing and closing.
Support the team for effective deal Closure.
Oversee the response to the queries of the prospective customers.
Must be a Dynamic and aggressive person with Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Must have good team handling skills.
Must be able to train, motivate, and mentor his team members.
Experience: Required experience for the above 3 positions, starting from 0-8 Years.
Education Qualification: Diploma (Required),Graduation (Preferred).
Languages are Known: Telugu (Mandatory),English (Required),Hindi (Preferred).
