Exp – 3 to 6 yrs.
CTC- 11 LPA – 18 LPA + (Additional 1.6 LPA allowances) , Further negotiation at the time of interview at per current CTC.
NP – 30/ 60 / 90 days
Locations- Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad
Education - Should be Regular and in 10th/ 12th/ Graduation: Scored 60% or above.
Mandatory Skills - HL7 V2.X, Mirth Connect, JIRA, Service,
Shift Time - Night Shift from 6 PM to 3AM IST
Job Description
1. Prepare RCA document for Service Now
2. Coordinate with the developers for ticket closure
3. Perform message reprocessing activities on Mirth
4. Attend client calls as required
5. Prepare weekly Service Now report for the client
6. Co-ordinate with all the stake holders on the project
7. Should be comfortable working in night shift time 6PM to 3AM IST
8. 5 days working (Sat & Sunday fixed off)
